Troop 639 Fundraiser

Held at Post 35 from 10AM until 2PM

All money raised will help the scouts go to Summer Camp and other things.

This is a Donation Event

Rules:

$10 entry fee for anyone who wishes to cook chili. Contestants will supply their own foo cooked in a crockpot at the expense.
All entrees must be delivered to the post kitchen by 5PM, no later than 5:30PM, and delivered hot.
Anyone may enter the contest including SAL members or host.
Anyone entering the contest will not be able to vote.
Voting will start at 6PM or earlier if possible and run until 7:30PM.
The cost of chili will be a minimum $5 donation. The donor will be served numbered samples from all contestants. After deciding 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, the donor can eat a bowl of chili of their choice. A paper ballot will be given to each donor to put down their votes.
The winners will receive a trophy showing their place either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. A SAL member will take the trophies and have them inscribed with the winner's name and brought back to the post for pickup.
The 1st place winner will receive $100, in addition to their raised trophy with a red, white, and blue base.
A sign up sheet will be posted at the canteen. All proceeds will go to our Mike Corr Scholarship program.
